Bulls mostly steady. Demand moderate to good, even with most of the bred cows and cow/calf pairs in Wednesday’s auction being of small or single lots. Slaughter classes, bulls were readily absorbed, but cow buyers conducted themselves as thought they had plenty on hand or perhaps a lull in the meat trade following the 4th.
