Bulls were mostly steady. Supply moderate. Demand good for take-home cows and slaughter bulls, moderate on slaughter cows. Cow beef movement reportedly slow, even one major packer buyer on the side line this week, after being aggressive and gathering several loads from last week’s auction. Local weather has turned such causing several of the hay boys to start testing their cutters hoping for enough curing time to get a string around it before the next thunderstorm.
