   Compared to last week, steer prices were mixed but near steady; heifers
from 500 to 800 lbs 1.00 to 3.00 higher on a good test.  Slaughter cows
2.00 higher.  Best test on six weight feeders and heavier.  Cows and bulls
were 11 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were
53 percent of the run; heifers were 47 percent.  Near 62 percent of feeders
weighed over 600 lbs.

400-500 lbs 108.25-113.00; 500-600 lbs 96.50-109.00, fleshy 91.25-
93.50; 600-700 lbs 94.25-100.00, calves/fleshy 90.00-93.00, Brahman X
