FROM UNITED PRODUCERS INC. OF HUMANSVILLE, MO 

   Compared to last week feeders 2.00 to 4.00 lower.  Slaughter cows and 
bulls steady to 3.00 lower.  Supply moderate.  Slaughter cows and bulls 
account for 6 percent of the run and feeders 85 percent.  In the feeder 
supply steers and bulls made approximately 58 percent of the run; heifers 
42 percent.  Feeders over 600 lbs totaled around 17 percent.  Demand 
moderate.

   Feeder steers:  Medium and Large 1  425-500 lbs 101.50-106.00; 500-600 
lbs 90.00-102.50; 600-700 lbs 85.00-92.50; 750-775 lbs 80.00-81.50.  
Medium and Large 1-2  pkg 385 lbs 107.00; 400-500 lbs 91.50-101.50; 500-600 
lbs 85.00-91.00; 600-700 lbs 82.50-84.00; pkg 721 lbs 80.00.  Medium and 
Large 2  400-500 lbs 83.00-90.00; 575-600 lbs 75.00-82.50.  Medium 1-2

baby to 325 lb calf 925.00; 6 yrs to short and solid 1100-1400 lbs with 
250-350 lb calf back in  1st and 2nd stage 750.00-850.00 per pair.  Medium 
and Large 1-2  7 yrs to short and solid 1125-1475 lbs with baby to 125 lb 
calf 650.00-665.00 per pair.
