Feeder Cattle Auction Close for 5/13/13

   Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves steady to 2.00 higher, 
yearlings steady.  Demand and supply moderate.  At the CME Feeder Cattle futures
trading lower, Live Cattle are mixed with Corn contracts at the CBOT trading
sharply higher.  Sunshine and drier weather would benefit crop farmers and 
cattlemen alike.  The feeder supply included 48 percent steers, 43 percent
heifers, 09 percent bulls, with 59 percent over 600 lbs.
