With snow falling and a winter weather advisory in effect, supply was very light. However, demand was good especially considering the weather forecast of blowing snow and bitter temps. Slaughter cows had a light test with most cows showing more fill than normal. Cows and bulls were 31 percent of receipts. In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 53 percent of the run; heifers 47 percent. Near 19 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs. Feeder Steers: Medium and large 1 pkg 480 lbs 115.75; 500-520 lbs 111.50-115.00; 600-700 lbs 97.00-105.00. Medium and Large 1-2 few 350-400 lbs 115.00-120.00; 600-610 lbs 102.50-103.00.
