Cattle Auction Open, Mid-Session, and Close for 11/24/2009

Receipts:  150    Last Week:  1061    Year Ago:  100 

   Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher with 
slaughter bulls selling steady on a light test.  Due the upcoming Thanksgiving 
Day Holiday, there was no feeder cattle auction this week.

   Slaughter Bulls:  Yield Grade 1-2 few 1275-2075 lbs 54.00-54.25, low dressing 
47.50.

   Feeder Cows:  Medium and Large 1-2 mostly 2-5 years of age 725-1225 lbs 
45.00-55.00.
