Missouri Weekly Hay Summary - Week ending 7/10/2009

Favorable conditions have allowed most producers in the state to remain in 
the fields much of the last week, although areas of north Missouri did see 
some heavy rains over the holiday weekend. Several producers in the southern 
half of the state would actually welcome a nice rain as the hot spells over 
the last couple weeks have removed a lot of moisture from the soil. Hay demand 
is moderate the supply is heavy, and prices are steady. Missouri Department
