Compared to last week, slaughter steers and heifers traded steady to firm. 
Not enough slaughter Holstein steers last week for an accurate price 
comparison. Slaughter cows traded mostly steady in light test. Slaughter 
bulls lightly tested. Trade and demand moderate with light offerings. 
Slaughter steers and heifers accounted for 69 percent of the run; slaughter 
Holstein steers 16 percent; slaughter cows 13 percent; and slaughter bulls 2 
percent.
