Compared to last month: Bred heifers and cows sold mostly 50.00 to 
75.00 higher on comparable sales.  Cow/calf pairs too few for 
adequate market trend.  Bred heifers and cows aged, blood tested and 
pregnancy checked prior to sale. Prices per head. The supply was 
comprised of approximately 32 percent bred heifers, 28 percent young 
bred cows, 22 percent middle age bred cows, 17 percent aged bred 
cows, balance cow/calf pairs.  The next available report will be 
February 22, 2010.

   Replacement Stock:  Medium and Large 1 heifers 965-1015 lbs 4-6 
months bred 760.00-820.00, 975-1420 lbs 6-8 months bred 910.00-
1010.00; young 1170-1395 lbs 4-6 months bred 750.00-785.00, 1125-1495 
lbs 7-8 months bred 925.00-1100.00; middle age 1305-1535 lbs 3-6 
months bred 660.00-760.00, 1470-1520 lbs 6-8 months bred 900.00-
