Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 02/04/10
 
Offerings:  1,055

   Trade and demand moderate to good.  Prices FOB bases on net weights after 
slide and pencil shrink.  Slide over base weight is 5 to 10 cents on calves 
and 4 to 8 cents on yearlings.  Weighing conditions ranging from straight to a 
3 percent pencil shrink.  Feeder and stocker cattle made up 80 percent with 
the balance bred cattle.  Supply includes 100 percent steers and 0 percent 
heifers with 26 percent over 600 lbs.
