Cattle Receipts:  1100    Last Week:  2076    Last Year:  1148

   Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold 1.00-2.00 lower.  Slaughter 
bulls sold steady.  Feeder steers weighing under 400 lbs sold 2.00-5.00 
higher, balance steady.  Feeder heifers weighing from 300-400 lbs sold 2.00-
4.00 higher, balance steady.  The supply included 12 percent slaughter cows 
and 9 percent pairs/replacements.  The feeder supply included 58 percent 
steers and 42 percent heifers, with an estimated 7 percent of the feeder 
supply weighing over 600 lbs.

160-300 lb calves, 575.00-650.00 per pair.

   Replacements:  Medium and Large 1-2  1-3 year old cows, 725-875 lbs, 1-4 
months bred, 350.00-460.00 per head; 5-6 year old cows, 900-1250 lbs, 5-7 
months bred, 540.00-640.00 per head.
