Cattle Receipts:  1019    Two Weeks Ago:  709    Last Year:  771      

   No comparisons to last week, sale closed for holiday.  The supply included 
12 percent slaughter cows and 14 percent pairs/replacements.  The feeder 
supply included 51 percent steers and 49 percent heifers, with an estimated 9 
percent of the feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.

   Cow/Calf Pairs:  Medium and Large 1-2  2-4 year old cows, 875-1065 lbs 
with 200-390 lb calves, 800.00-1125.00 per pair; 5-7 year old cows, 960-1125 
lbs with 180-270 lb calves, 780.00-860.00 per pair.

   Replacements:  Medium and Large 1-2  1-6 year old cows, 845-1000 lbs, 2-7 
months bred, 650.00-760.00 per head.
