Cattle Receipts:  757    Last Week:  1089    Last Year:  557 

   Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold 2.00-5.00 higher.  Slaughter 
bulls sold 2.00-4.00 higher.  Feeder steers sold 3.00-4.00 higher.  Feeder 
heifers sold 1.00-3.00 higher.  The supply included 28 percent slaughter cows 
and 7 percent pairs/replacements.  The feeder supply included 49 percent 
steers and 51 percent heifers, with an estimated 10 percent of the feeder 
supply weighing over 600 lbs.

   Cow/calf Pairs:  Medium and Large 1-2  5-7 year old cows, 945-1250 lbs 
with 100-200 lb calves, 680.00-910.00 per pair.

   Replacements:  Medium and Large 1-2  1-4 year old cows, 900-1105 lbs, 3-5 
months bred, 520.00-650.00 per head; 5-7 year old cows, 1015-1470 lbs, 7-8 
months bred, 690.00-900.00 per head.  Small and Medium 1-2  2-4 year old 
cows, 600-895 lbs, open, 300.00-500.00 per head.
