Live Oak Livestock Auction- Three Rivers, TX - Monday - 11/16/09 

Cattle and Calves: 2,204     Week Ago: 2,000        Year Ago: 2,126 
	 
   Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers 4.00-8.00 lower.  Slaughter 
cows 2.00-4.00 lower.  Slaughter bulls 2.00 lower.  Trade excellent.  Demand 
good.  Bulk supply Medium and Large 3 300-700 lb feeder steers and heifers. 
Slaughter cows made up 17 percent of the offering, slaughter bulls 1 percent, 
replacement cows 4 percent, and feeders 78 percent.  The feeder supply included 
62 percent steers and 38 percent heifers.  Near 19 percent of the run weighed 
over 600 lbs.  

   Steers: Medium and Large 1: few 200-300 lbs 129.00-135.00; 300-400 lbs 
93.00-103.00, several pkgs 104.00-117.50; 400-500 lbs 95.00-105.00; 500-600 
lbs 83.00-93.00, few to 99.00; 600-700 lbs 78.00-87.00; 700-800 lbs 72.00-81.00.
