Cattle and Calves: 1,055      Week Ago: Holiday     Year Ago: 999  

   Compared to last week: No comparison available due to holiday closing last 
week.  Trade and demand moderate to good.  Bulk supply Medium and Large 1-2 300-
700 lb feeder steers and heifers.  Slaughter cows made up 21 percent of the 
offering, slaughter bulls 1 percent, and feeders 78 percent.  The feeder supply 
included 56 percent steers and 44 percent heifers.  Near 33 percent of the run 
weighed over 600 lbs.

   Steers: Medium and Large 1: 200-300 lbs 115.00-125.00; 300-400 lbs 99.00-
106.00, few 116.00-122.00; 400-500 lbs 95.00-104.00, individual 114.00; 500-600 
lbs 90.00-98.00, few 100.00-102.00; 600-700 lbs 90.00-98.00; 700-800 lbs 85.00-
95.00. 
   Medium and Large 2: 400-500 lbs 84.00-90.00; 500-600 lbs 80.00-83.00; 600-700 
lbs 76.00-83.00. 
   Medium and Large 3: 400-500 lbs 84.00-90.00; 500-600 lbs 80.00-83.00; 600-700
