Cattle and Calves: 1,314       Week Ago: 717          Year Ago: 1,400    

   Compared to last week: Feeder steers mostly steady.  Feeder heifers 2.00 
higher.  Slaughter cows and bulls 1.00-2.00 lower.  Trade and demand active on 
all classes.  Bulk supply Medium and Large 1-2 300-750 lb feeder steers and 
heifers.  Slaughter cows made up 8 percent of the offering, slaughter bulls 1 
percent, replacement cows 4 percent, and feeders 87 percent.  The feeder supply 
included 55 percent steers and 45 percent heifers.  Near 25 percent of the run 
weighed over 600 lbs.                                                                      
  
   Steers: Medium and Large 1: 300-400 lbs 114.00-120.00, few 300-350 lbs 
122.50-130.00; 400-500 lbs 100.00-107.00, few 110.00; 500-600 lbs 95.00-102.00, 
few 104.00; 600-700 lb 96.00-104.00, individual 107.00; few 700-800 lbs 92.00-
95.00, few 102.00; 800-900 lbs 87.00-93.00; pkg 910 lbs 90.00.
   Medium and Large 2: few 300-400 lbs 107.00-115.00; 400-500 lbs 90.00-100.00; 
500-600 lbs 90.00-98.00; 600-700 lb 92.00-98.00; few 700-800 lbs 83.00-92.00.
   Medium and Large 3: few 300-400 lbs 100.00-106.00; 400-500 lbs 82.00-92.00; 
500-600 lbs 82.00-90.00; 600-700 lbs 83.00-91.00.
