   Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers mostly steady.  Slaughter 
cows and bulls 2.00-5.00 higher.  Trade and demand moderate to good.  Bulk 
supply Medium and Large 1-2 400-800 lb feeder steers and heifers.  Slaughter 
cows and bulls made up near 10 percent of the offering, replacement cows less 
than 1 percent, and feeders 89 percent.  The feeder supply included 52 percent 
steers, 5 percent bulls and 43 percent heifers.  Near 37 percent of the run 
weighed over 600 lbs.

   Steers: Medium and Large 1: pkg 378 lbs 121.5; lot 409 lbs 109.00, 450-500 
lbs 112.75-115.00; 500-600 lbs 99.25-105.25; 600-675 lbs 92.00-97.50; 750-800
