BROILER/FRYER: Daily New York Broiler/Fryer Report 

Trucklot buying activity on ready-to-cook whole broiler/fryers
was generally fair as traditional Thanksgiving items began to 
dominate the market place.  Offerings of all sizes were adequate 
to balanced for current needs with holiday down time noted as
keeping plant offerings manageable.  Retail and distributive 
movement was seasonally fair. The market tone was steady.
