BROILER/FRYER: Daily New York Broiler/Fryers                                    
                                                                                

Trucklot buying activity on ready-to-cook whole broiler/fryers was mostly       
fair entering the week as dealers assess market developments.  Offerings of     
all sizes were moderate for current needs.  Retail and distributive             
movement was seasonally fair as interest centered around other traditional      
holiday items.  The market tone was steady.
