PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock (Tue/Fri)                  
                                                                                

Prices are steady.  Demand is light to instances moderate.  Supplies are        
mostly moderate with normal breaking schedules.   Market activity is slow       
to moderate.  The Eastern region shell egg breaking stock inventory is 1        
percent lower than last week and the national shell egg breaking stock          
inventory is 3.1 percent lower.                                                 
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight     
per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
