Nov 20, 2009 USDA Market News PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock (Tue/Fri) Prices were unchanged to higher on breaking stock, higher on checks and undergrades when compared to early week's prices. Trade sentiment was fully steady. Offerings were limited for the fair to fairly good demand. Processing schedules were usually normal. Cases broken under federal inspection in the Eastern region for week ending 14-Nov-2009 were 5 percent less than last week and 2 percent less than the same week a year ago. Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
