PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock (Tue/Fri)                  
                                                                                

Prices are steady to higher. Supplies are mostly moderate for trade needs.      
Demand is light to at times moderate. Market activity is slow to moderate.      
The Eastern region shell egg breaking stock inventory is 6 percent higher       
than the previous week. The national shell egg breaking stock inventory is      
8.4 percent higher.                                                             
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
