AJ_PY043 Atlanta, GA Tue. Feb 09, 2010 USDA Market News PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock (Tue/Fri) Prices were unchanged when compared to late last week's prices. Trade sentiment was steady to about steady. Offerings were available for the light to moderate demand. Floor stocks were about adequate. Breaking schedules were normal to slightly reduced. The Eastern region shell egg breaking stock inventory was 3% lower, and the national shell egg breaking stock inventory was 6% higher than a week ago. Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
