BROILER/FRYER:  Daily Northeast Region Broiler/Fryer                            
                                                                                

Trucklot buying activity on ready-to-cook whole broiler/fryers was mostly       
fair entering the week.  Offerings of all sizes were sufficient for current     
needs.  Movement through retail and distributive channels was seasonally 
fair as interest centered on other holiday items. The market tone was steady. 
In the parts complex, supplies of breast items, tenders and most dark meat         
cuts were moderate to light; wings were light and held with confidence.
