BROILER/FRYER:  Daily Northeast Region Broiler/Fryers

Prices are trending firm to higher for most sizes.  Trucklot 
buying activity for ready-to-cook whole broiler fryers is 
good approaching the weekend.  Offerings of all sizes are in 
close balance and clearing well under normal premiums.  Trade 
activity is moderate to mostly active. In the parts complex, 
offerings of breast items and most dark meat cuts are light 
to moderate.  Tenders and wings are heavy with the larger
wings noted as slightly more available for current needs.
