May 9, 2008 USDA Market News BROILER FRYER: Daily Delmarva Broiler/Fryer Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds was fair to moderate and generally noted as somewhat disappointing entering Mother's Day weekend. Offerings of all sizes were usually adequate to handle trade needs. Live supplies were moderate; weights varied, but were mostly desirable. Processor schedules were mostly moderate. Less than trucklot asking prices remained unchanged at 78 to 88 cents. Trade sentiment was steady. In the parts complex, breast items and tenders were sufficient.
