               FOR DELIVERY THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 12, 2011.                     
CAPONS:                                                                        
Prices are trending steady.  Supplies of frozen USDA Grade A capons are light  
to moderate and clearing well.  Production of USDA grade A frozen capons have  
been completed and shipments for the holidays are in progress.  Trade          
activity was moderate to active.

GEESE:                                                                         
Prices are trending steady.  Supplies of frozen USDA Grade A geese are light   
to moderate for current needs and clearing well  Processors are operating      
normal schedules.  Last of the regular orders for frozen product for the       
upcoming holiday are being shipped.  Trade activity is moderate to active.
