SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

New York and regional prices were unchanged.  The market tone 
remained steady.  Retail demand ranged light to good, better where 
promotional activities were planned or in progress.  Supplies were 
adequate to fully adequate for current buyer and seller needs.  
Breaking stock offerings were barely adequate to tight for mixed
processing schedules.  Light type hen offerings about sufficient 
to tight for the moderate to fairly good demand.
