SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

New York prices increased 4 cents on large and extra large sizes,
although unchanged on mediums when compared to yesterday.  Regional
prices were unchanged.  Trade sentiment was fully steady to firm
on larger sized eggs and steady on mediums.  Demand was in a full
range of light to good, mostly moderate to fairly good with noted
improvement where features were active.  Supplies were short to
adequate for buyer and seller needs.  Breaking stock offerings
were sufficient to tight for full-time processing schedules.
Light type fowl offerings were adequate to ample for the light
to moderate demand.
