SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

Prices in New York are 3 cents higher.  Remaining regional prices are steady.
The undertone is firm.  Offerings and supplies are light to moderate with
Jumbo and Extra Large in the lighter position.  Demand into retail and food
service channels ranges light to fairly good, generally light to moderate.
Market activity is moderate.  Breaking stock offerings are mostly moderate;
demand is light to moderate.  Light type hen offerings are sufficient with 
normal processing schedules.
