SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

Prices in New York are 2 cents lower on Medium, steady on larger sizes.
Regional prices are steady. A steady to barely steady undertone is noted.
Retail demand is light to moderate while ranging light to instances good in 
the South Central region.  Food service demand is light to moderate.  Offerings 
are moderate to instances heavy with Medium in the heaviest position.  Market 
activity is slow to moderate.  Breaking stock offerings are moderate to instances 
heavy for the light demand.  Spent fowl offerings are sufficient; demand is usually
moderate.
