SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York egg prices are up 10 cents for Extra Large and Large and 4 
cents higher for Medium.  Regional and California prices are steady.  
The undertone is mostly firm to higher.  Demand is moderate to fairly 
good.  Offerings are light to instances moderate.  Supplies are light.  
Market activity is moderate to active.  Breaking stock offerings and 
demand are light to moderate.  Light type fowl supplies are moderate
to heavy; processing schedules are normal .
