Nov 20, 2009 USDA Market News PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly National Dried Eggs (Fri) Prices were unchanged to higher on whole, unchanged to lower on yolk, and irregular on albumen when compared to the previous week's prices. Offerings were adequate for limited trading. Demand was seasonally light to fair. Trade sentiment was usually steady. Dried eggs processed under federal inspection for the week ending 14-NOV-2009 was 4% more than last week and 30% less than the same week last year.
