FOWL: Weekly Southeast Region Live Heavy-Type Hens (Mon/Fri)                    
                                                                                

Sales were too few to report prices.  Demand was generally no better than       
fair for the at least sufficient offerings of spent fowl.  Processing           
schedules for next week were mostly normal  following the holiday weekend.      
Finished product supplies were at least adequate for current trade needs.       
The undertone was no better than steady.
