BROILER/FRYER: Daily Southern Broiler/Fryers 
 
The market tone was steady. Pre-holiday demand was fair to moderate 
for upcoming Thanksgiving Day, and orders were limited to regular 
commitments. Supplies of all sizes were sufficient to satisfy trade 
needs. In the parts structure, movement was moderate to good for early 
week trading. Wings were light to moderate and continued to move well.  
Breast items and dark meat items were light to moderate with legs in the 
best position. In production areas, live supplies were moderate at 
desirable weights.
