Demand into all channels was light to moderate. The South Atlantic shell egg inventory was 3% lower than the previous week. Supplies were at best adequate to available for current needs. Eastern region breaking stock floor stocks were about sufficient; processing schedules were normal to reduced. Light type hen offerings were moderate to instances heavy for the fair to fairly good demand.
