Nov 23, 2009 USDA Market News SHELL EGGS: Daily Northeast Regional Eggs Prices increased 6 cents on large, 4 cents on extra large and 1 cent on medium when compared to the previous week's prices. Trade sentiment was mostly steady to instances full steady. Retail demand was moderate. Distributive demand was moderate to good. Supplies were about adequate to adequate for trade needs. Eastern region breaking stock floor stocks were usually sufficient for reduced holiday schedules. Light type hen offerings were balanced for the moderate to fairly good demand.
