Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 06/25/2008

   No recent auction to establish a trend.  Good quality
weaned fall calves, and yearlings coming off grass made up
the bulk of consignments.  Demand was strongest for 800 to
900 weight cattle.  Receipts consisted of 57 percent steers
and 43 percent heifers, 77 percent over 600 pounds.  Wednesday,
July 09 will be the first day of the annual barbeque auction,
the sale starts at 11:00 AM.
