The market on frozen 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms is steady to firm. Demand is 
light to moderate. Frozen domestic processor offerings of Grade A 8-16 lb. hens and 
16-24 lb. toms are very light to light with toms in the tightest position. Frozen 
Grade A basted equivalent processor offering prices on a national basis for 8-16 lb. 
hens are 158.00-168.00 FOB and 16-24 lb. toms at 158.00-169.00 cents FOB for current 
deliveries. Trading slow on frozen basted equivalent 8-16 lb. hens at 159 cents FOB
for current shipments. November fresh 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. tom trading 
moderate at 199 cents FOB.

The market on breast meat and tenderloins is steady with a steady to firm undertone, 
balance of white trims market undertone is steady to firm. Demand is moderate to 
good. Offerings very light to light at best. The market on bone-in breasts is steady 
to firm. The tom bulk parts market is steady to firm. Demand moderate to good. 
Offerings very light to light. The market on thigh meat is steady. The undertone is

mechanically separated turkey (MST) market is generally steady. Demand and offerings 
are light to moderate. Trading slow with activity reported on tom breast meat, plant
