USDA CARLOT VEAL CARCASS REPORT Northeast and North Central Basis

Compared to Monday: Special fed veal carcass wtd average prices were
1.22-4.97 lower except Non-packer owned .20 higher.  Calf demand light
to moderate for Holiday session. Harvest numbers down from last week.
Dressed Weights up 1.3 pounds in northeast up 1/10 in North Central
and the composite weights averaged up 7/10's.
 Represents calves harvested Monday through Wednesday of this week.

 Includes previously committed contract and open market calves.
