Several ingredients were in tight supply. Oilseeds: The September Soybean Meal futures closed 2.30 lower at 364.90; October closed 8.70 lower at 355.60. The September Soybean Oil futures closed 189 points lower at 52.03 cents per pound; the October closed 184 points lower at 52.29 cents per pound. The high protein Soybean Meal in Minnesota was 27.70 higher from 394.90-404.90; the basis was 30.00 higher from 30.00 to 40.00 over the September futures. Linseed Meal, 34 pct protein was steady from 220.00- 230.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Sunflower Meal, 13 pct fiber, 34 pct protein was mixed, 5.00 lower to 20.00 higher from 162.00-185.00 in the North Dakota-Minnesota area. Soybean Oil was 113 to 163 points lower at 50.79 cents per pound; the basis was 150 points under the October futures. Animal Protein: Meat and Bone Meal, 50 pct protein was steady from 385.00-400.00 for ruminant; pork ranged 425.000-430.00. Yellow Grease was 50 to 150 points lower from 32.50-33.50 cents per pound. Choice White Grease was 50 to 100 points lower from 41.50-42.00 cents per pound. Feather Meal was steady to 25.00 higher at 525.00. Millfeeds: Wheat Middlings were steady from 138.00-150.00.
