CASEIN - NATIONAL

Casein markets are unsettled as prices trend lower.  Stocks of casein are 
available from Europe with Oceania supplies still limited as the new milk 
production season is just getting underway.  The casein market tone is soft.  
Many international manufactured dairy product markets are weak and demand is 
unaggressive.  Some casein producers and handlers feel that this weaker price 
trend might carry over into the casein market.  Lower priced casein offerings 
continue to be reported available in the marketplace.  Especially now with 
casein prices unsettled, some buyers are holding off with their supplemental
