WHOLE MILK POWDER (WMP):  Whole milk powder markets in Oceania are generally 
weak with prices unchanged to lower.  Price weakness is two fold.  First off, 
currencies are much weaker against the U.S. dollar and secondly, a recent 
monthly whole milk powder auction, by an Oceania supplier, reflected lower 
prices than the previous month.  Traders and handlers report that typically, 
much of an upcoming season's production is committed before the production 
season starts, but this year, buyers appear to not be as aggressive with their 
pre-season purchases.  Many attribute the lighter pre-season sales to the fact 
that this auction may/will provide an avenue for buyers to secure a portion of 
their upcoming needs without extending themselves too far on a long term 
contractual basis.
