SKIM MILK POWDER (SMP):  Skim milk powder markets and prices in Europe are weak.  
Lower prices elsewhere in the international market are contributing to this 
European trend.  Stocks of powder are available, although not as plentiful as 
some suppliers and handlers would desire.  Buying interest is slow as many 
buyers are returning from summer holiday and the weak trend in the market is 
also causing buyers to exercise caution.
