Slaughter cows 1.00-2.00 higher compared with last week. Drier weather has nearly everyone busy with some kind of field work including wheat harvest which has just begun. Demand good and supply light. Cows and bulls accounted for 10 percent of the run, and feeders 90 percent. In the feeder supply, steers and bulls made up approximately 59 percent of the run; heifers 41 percent; steers and heifers over 600 lbs totaled around 32 percent. Next sale July 15.
