Demand continues to be good for slaughter cows, with nearly all bred cows that would in the past return to the farm instead finding a one way ticket on the packers truck. For the same reasons very few pairs being sold either. Generally Cow/calf pairs that arrive are being separated and marketed as individuals due to the fact it makes the check larger for the producer. Supply was moderate, demand good.
