Cattle and Calves: 1,626      Week Ago: 1,542           Year Ago: 1,376 

   Compared to last week: Feeder steers steady to firm.  Feeder heifers firm to 
2.00 higher, except 500-600 lb heifers 4.00-6.00 higher.  Slaughter cows and 
bulls 2.00 higher.  Trade active.  Demand good.  Bulk supply Medium and Large 1-
2 250-650 lb feeder steers and heifers.  Slaughter cows made up 28 percent of 
the offering, slaughter bulls 1 percent, replacement cows 1 percent, and feeders 
70 percent.  The feeder supply included 53 percent steers and 47 percent 
heifers.  Near 15 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.

   Steers: Medium and Large 1: load 241 lbs pre-conditioned 172.50; pkg 328 lbs 
145.00, 350-400 lbs 130.00-138.00; three pkgs 400-457 lbs 130.00-135.00, four 
pkgs 473-496 lbs 124.50-128.00; 500-600 lbs 113.00-117.00, pre-conditioned 
118.00-120.50; 600-700 lbs 107.00-114.50, pkg 615 lbs thin 118.50; 700-800 lbs

   Medium and Large 1-2: 300-400 lbs 126.00-129.00; 400-500 lbs 117.00-124.00;
