SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance


Prices remained unchanged in all areas when compared to yesterday’s 
values.  Trade sentiment was at least steady to fully steady entering 
the weekend.  Demand ranged occasionally light to good, usually moderate 
to fairly good. Supplies were in balance to mostly adequate for trader 
requirements.  Breaking stock offerings were at best sufficient to tight 
for regular processing schedules. Light type hens were at least adequate 
for a moderate to fairly good demand.
