USDA Farmers Market at Night, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The outdoor market, located just off the National Mall at Independence Avenue and 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. (Smithsonian Metro Stop), features live entertainment and different vendors than those at the daytime USDA Farmers Market.  Night market vendors include members of the Union Kitchen, a local food business incubator, the DMV Food Truck Association, and a number of local growers, farmers and ranchers to offer market visitors cured meats, fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, cheese and dairy, and baked goods—all perfect for an evening picnic on the National Mall.

USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service manages the market and supports farmers markets in communities across the country through grants, research and technical assistance.  USDA Farmers Market accepts SNAP, WIC and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) coupons.  The market also is a distributor of DC Produce Plus checks.
