I strongly support grass FED animals to mean they are grazing on pasture only
(no grain, no confinement in pens or lots). As a rancher and a scientist, these
are important conditions to exclude "green chop" forage, corn or sorghum grain,
soybeans, etc. No antibiotics or growth hormone supplements should be part of
their care and diet.
