Currently, Tracy is working as a consultant whose primary focus is pasture management and training in sustainable pasture grazing management.

Most recently, Tracy was Chief Operating Officer for the non-profit Holistic Management International. As such, Tracy planned and co-directed operational and administrative policies, objectives and initiatives. She also developed new business programs and oversaw the for-profit consulting arm of HMI. Her responsibilities included strategic planning, systems development, business development, and project oversight. Tracy joined HMI in 2008 in contract services. Prior to joining HMI, Tracy worked for 18 years as an environmental engineer, specializing in watershed management, and offers an extensive background in product development, sales and marketing, and project management. As a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), Tracy brought valuable technical expertise to Holistic Management International.

Tracy received her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, and her MSc. in Sustainable Development from the University of London, United Kingdom.
