- On 8/11/2009, 10 fillable forms were added to the PVPO Forms website. Of these 10 forms, 7 forms are Exhibit C- Objective Description of Variety. The other three forms include the application for protection, Statement of Basis of Ownership, and Declaration of Deposit.
- Exhibit C forms that allow you to complete online include: CORN, SOYBEAN, WHEAT, LETTUCE, COTTON, AGROTRICIUM, BARLEY, and COWPEA.
- As of August 12, 2009, 90 percent of issued certificates are posted in portable document format on the PVPO online database under Scanned Certificates.
