We can handle your claim if:
- The dispute involves a contract for fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables;
- The product was shipped between two states or countries;
- You submit the complaint in writing to us within 9 months of the transaction; and
- You provide us with copies of documents that establish the amount of your claim such as invoices, signed bills of lading, and/or accounts of sale.
Effective June 30, 2008, the informal filing fee has increased to $100. You may file your written complaint with any PACA regional office.
