Notices To The Trade – Information released by AMS Commodity Procurement regarding changes to purchase programs, or important alerts the Staff wishes to communicate to vendors and other stakeholders regarding federal procurement requirements and the various commodity purchase programs AMS conducts.

Press Releases – Information released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture or Agricultural Marketing Service that affect AMS Commodity Purchase Programs, such as the purchase of products to support an agricultural industry under Section 32 authority.

Sources Sought – Sources sought are not solicitations. They are issued as a means of gathering information about the capabilities of businesses to fulfill a potential requirement of the federal government.

In January 2011, the three AMS Program area contracting offices were consolidated, and issuances by the newly-formed AMS Commodity Procurement Staff are posted below. Historical notices and releases (those prior to January 2011) are organized under the AMS Program area under which they were originally issued.
