NOP has made additions to the accreditation renewal decisions on a first round of certifying agents.

Accreditation Status Chart has been removed from NOP website. In order to avoid confusion regarding the accreditation status of NOP certifying agents, we have taken down the color coded accreditation status chart of certifying agents. Persons interested in the accreditation status of any certifying agent should refer to the List of NOP Accredited Certifying Agents. Unless otherwise noted, all certifiers appearing on this list are in good standing with the NOP and available to provide service to the industry.

NOP 7020: Accrediting Certifying Agents Approved to Issue TM-11 Export Certificates (PDF) has been updated to include MOFGA Certification Services (MOFGA) an accredited certifying agent from Unity, Maine and Vermont Organic Farmers, LLC (VOF) from Richmond, Vermont. This approval allows MOFGA and VOF to issue TM-11 Export Certificates. This TM-11 authorization is currently approved for the countries of Japan and Taiwan.

NOP 7020: Accrediting Certifying Agents Approved to Issue TM-11 Export Certificates (PDF) has been updated to include Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) an accredited certifying agent from Boise, Idaho. This approval allows ISDA to issue TM-11 Export Certificates currently for the countries of Japan and Taiwan.
