Legislative and Regulatory Review Staff

The Legislative and Regulatory review staff has responsibility for the overall coordination of the Agency’s legislative and regulatory review activities that are governed by some 50 separate statutes, the Agency’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) activities and the Agency’s executive and Congressional correspondence system.
