PPB Mission  
We exist to improve the welfare of the American consumer and economy by providing services which facilitate marketing of processed fruits and vegetables and related products, resulting in efficient movement of these products from production to consumption. We do this through quality standards development; grading, certification, and auditing services; and information coordination.
