On September 3, 2009, AMS announced the dates and locations of seven hearings on a proposed marketing agreement for leafy green vegetables. The hearings were to provide an opportunity for the public to convey their evidence and views before any marketing agreement takes effect. [Notice of Hearing PDF] [Press Release]

The series of hearings concluded October 22, 2009. Information pertaining to each of the hearings follows.

Interested persons may submit proposed findings and conclusions, and written arguments or briefs based upon evidence received at the hearings listed above. Post-hearing materials should be submitted to the hearing clerk at the following address. The judge has set January 13, 2010, as the deadline for these documents.

Hearing transcripts can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate links above. The judge will accept transcript corrections at the address below no later than December 11, 2009. Responses to requested corrections are due December 18, 2009.
