On September 3, 2009, AMS announced the dates and locations of seven hearings on a proposed marketing agreement for leafy green vegetables. The series of hearings concluded October 22, 2009. Information pertaining to each of the hearings follows.

Interested persons had the opportunity to submit proposed findings and conclusions, and written arguments or briefs based upon evidence received at the hearings listed above.
