A Reliable Waterway System Is Important to Agriculture  
A Reliable Waterway System Is Important to Agriculture describes the importance of marine transportation to fiscal 2010 agricultural exports, forecast at $97 billion. Agriculture will provide a trade balance of $15 billion, with imports forecast at $82 billion. Critical farm inputs such as fertilizer, feed, and fuel move on the waterway system as well.
